Acadametia is an education platform designed for three user groups: teachers who create and manage quizzes, students who take those quizzes and track their performance, and parents who want visibility into their child's academic progress. It is not a general-purpose LMS — it focuses specifically on assessment, class management, and parent-teacher connectivity.
When a teacher registers, their account is immediately placed on a trial subscription with full access to all features — including quiz creation, class management, Excel import, analytics, and messaging. The trial lasts for the number of days specified in the plan (typically 7 days). No payment information is collected during the trial. When it ends, you can choose a paid plan or continue on the free tier with reduced limits.
No. Students and parents never pay for Acadametia. They register for free, join classes through invitation links, and access all features available to their role at no cost. The subscription model applies only to teachers who want expanded limits and premium features.
Open your class, go to the Invite section, and enter student email addresses. You can add them one by one or paste a comma-separated list. Each student receives an email with a secure link. When they click it, they are prompted to sign up (if new) or sign in (if existing), and are automatically enrolled in your class. You can also share a public quiz link that works without an account.
Yes. The import feature accepts .xlsx and .csv files. Your file should have columns for question text, question type (MCQ, True/False), option A through D, and the correct answer. The system maps these columns automatically and previews the questions before you confirm the import. You can also export a sample template from the import page to see the exact format.
After selecting a paid plan, you are shown bank transfer details (account number, title, and reference). You make the transfer, then upload the receipt or enter the transaction ID on the payment verification page. An admin reviews the proof (usually within a few hours) and activates your subscription. There is no automated card deduction.
A teacher can send a parent-student linking invitation from the class page. The parent receives an email with a link. After registering (or signing in), the link connects their account to the specified student. Alternatively, the student can share their profile link with the parent, and the parent can request linking from their dashboard.
Your data is never deleted when a subscription expires. Your classes, quizzes, questions, and student records remain intact. You simply lose access to premium features until you renew. On the free tier, you can still use the platform within its basic limits. If you had more classes or quizzes than the free tier allows, they become read-only — you can view them but not create new ones until you upgrade again.
Yes. The entire platform is responsive and works on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. Students frequently take quizzes on their phones. Yes. Every quiz has a public token that generates a shareable link. Anyone with that link can take the quiz by entering their name and roll number — no registration required.
